The South Central Thriving Communities Technical Assistance Center (South Central TCTAC)--an EPA Thriving Communities Technical Assistance Center--created with support from the EPA and DOE (Department of Energy), provides direct technical assistance, training, and capacity-building support to communities and organizations in EPA Region 6 (AR, LA, NM, OK, TX, and 66 tribal nations).
