What is the purpose of the Thriving Communities Technical Assistance Center Initiative (TCTAC)?
+
The TCTAC Initiative was created to ensure that communities most impacted by environmental and climate issues receive the technical support they need to access federal funding. Through this initiative, local organizations and businesses get the tools and guidance to drive positive change, especially under the Justice40 Initiative, which directs 40% of certain federal investments to underserved areas. Learn more about TCTAC here.
Who is the initiative intended to support?
+
The TCTAC program supports communities that have been historically marginalized, underserved, and overburdened by pollution and climate change. Whether you're part of a community-based organization or a local business, TCTACs provide critical technical assistance so you can make the most of the federal funds aimed at environmental justice and community resilience.
